Description

The Schedules of the NSW Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 contain the lists of threatened species, populations, ecological communities and key threatening processes. The Schedules are amended when the NSW Scientific Committe publishes a Notice of a Final Determination in the NSW Government Gazette. The official and up-to-date Schedules of the Threatened Species Conservation Act are maintained by the Parliamentary Counsel's Office and may be accessed via their website www.legislation.nsw.gov.au.
