This dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.
The groundwater balance outputs reported in 22 .lst files produced from the MODFLOW model runs form the basis of this dataset. The water balance components were copied from the lst file to an excel spreadsheet to do further analysis. The mean and variance of different water balance components across the 22 model runs were computed and reported in product 2.6.2. The excel spread sheet is included in this dataset.
Each MODFLOW run produces the water balance for the model domain. This includes inflow, outflow and storage volumes across multiple boundary conditions and hydrostratigraphi units.
The water balance components are listed in the .lst file produced by MODFLOW.
The water balance components across multiple model runs were obtained through ensemble model simulations that uses different combinations of model inputs and parameters.
The water balance components simulated across 22 such model runs are used to calculate the water balance statistics that is reported in product 2.6.2 of Namoi subregion.
